Pilates in St. Johns Wood, Maida Vale & Paddington
I trained and certified in 2014 with Pilates Academy International (New York) while living in Singapore, in both Mat and Reformer.
Dance movement and exercise has always been a part of my life. However, a sport injury in late 2007 and an introduction to Pilates for post rehab recovery lead me to choosing it as my go to method for exercise. The fact that I could still sweat and see the visible change in my body was the game changer for me.
After working in banking for many years I decided to take the plunge to study the Pilates method. This journey started in Australia followed by Hong Kong and Singapore where I commenced my studies. My passion and interest in the biomechanics of the body is a continuous work in progress. Being in a position to help my clients recover from injury and support them from prenatal to postnatal, continues to feed my passion to teach the Pilates method.
There is nothing more satisfying than empowering my clients with a deeper understanding and growing awareness of their bodies, mobility and strength. You will see and feel the difference as your core muscles begin to strengthen and feel more balanced. Pilates exercises works your muscular system through balance, control, alignment, concentration and an understanding of your body’s skeletal system.

I am experienced in working in both a clinic and studio environment especially one on one with clients presenting conditions such as lower back pain, injury recovery as well as postnatal to restore and condition your body after childbirth.
